In this document:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Yu Yu and her appointed offices, tour operators, hotels, and their employees.
“Package” means the African retreat led by Yu Yu.
“You”, “Your” means all persons named on the Registration Form.
1. Price:
We reserve the right to increase the price of the Package after you have booked if our costs of supplying the Package increase as a result of currency fluctuations or governmental action.
2. Payment and Cancellation:
Reservation will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. Early registration is highly recommended.
3. Personal Travel Insurance (Compulsory):
You must purchase your own travel insurance prior to the payment of the full package. Your travel insurance should cover the following:
• Medical
• Personal accident or death
• Cancellation and curtailment
• Emergency evacuation from the scene of the accident or sickness to the nearest best hospital and then repatriation
• Loss or damage of baggage, travel documents and cash
You must send us the proof of your Travel Insurance prior to the Package. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your registration without refund.
4. Our Liabilities:
4.1 The Package starts from your arrival at Hoedspruit airport and ends at your departure at Hoedspruit airport.
4.2 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever during travel. While acting in good faith and in the best interests of clients, We shall not be liable for loss or damage sustained due to errors or omissions in company or other literature; non-acceptance of or non-compliance with booking terms and conditions; or any loss or damage arising from delays, accidental incidents medical incidents, illness, injury or death.
4.3 Under any circumstance, our entire liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Package by the person or persons affected.
4.4 Any information or advice provided by Us on matters such as permits, visas vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, etc. is given in good faith, but without responsibility on the part of Us , and the passenger accepts responsibility for obtaining any necessary visas and travel documents required for your travel.
5. Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any delay or any failure to perform our obligations, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limiting the foregoing, weather, natural disasters, war civil disturbance, governmental prohibitions, import or export regulations, strikes, etc.
6. Medical Conditions:
If you have a medical condition or disability which may affect the provision of the services that make up the Package, please provide us with full details of such condition or disability at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse Your booking if We reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person concerned or if full details are not provided at the time of booking, cancel the Package.
7. Booking Transfer:
If You are prevented from taking the Package. You may transfer Your booking to another person provided:
a.) You notify Us in writing not less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Package;
b.) The transferee fulfills the requirements of these Booking Conditions.
8. Your Responsibilities:
8.1 It is your own responsibility to ensure that your travel and immigration documents and vaccination documents are valid and up to date. We are not responsible for any delays or consequences caused by your incompliance with immigration rules and regulations.
8.2 You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you to us or our supplier.
8.3 Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential hazards that may arise in this kind of travel, including injury, disease, loss or damage of property, inconvenience or discomfort . This type of travel is one that should allow for alternatives and a substantial degree of flexibility. The outline itineraries given must therefore be taken as an indication and not as a contractual obligation on the part of the organizer. Changes in itinerary may be caused by circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given for services not utilized.
